The Real Warranty.
If it isn't written there, we don't owe it — and everything written there, we do.
Workmanship: written, plain English, transferable.
Skyline's 10-year workmanship warranty is written in plain English, transfers with your home, and is physically in your hand at signing — not mailed later, not "in the system."
Materials: the manufacturer's warranty, registered for you.
Your shingles carry the manufacturer's limited warranty — 25-year-to-lifetime on architectural shingles — and we register it in your name as part of the job, so it exists whether or not we do.
Where we're headed: manufacturer-backed workmanship.
Our path is toward the GAF Master Elite and Owens Corning Platinum certifications — the programs that add a manufacturer-backed workmanship warranty surviving any single company. We'll publish our application status here when there's something real to show, not before.
The warranty document itself
[PENDING ATTORNEY — the full warranty terms render here once the document is final. We publish the actual text, not a summary. The written document includes the service standards — leak-report acknowledgment within 1 business day, and during declared severe-weather events, triage by severity with every warranty customer tarped before any new-build work resumes.]
