The Open-Book Standard.

Five promises, each with the mechanism that makes it real. This is the page to hold us to.

01The Locked Price

Your contract price is the price. The one honest unknown in roofing — rotten decking — is handled in daylight: a decking allowance is included in your quote with the exact per-sheet price printed in the contract, and every replaced sheet is photographed before shingles go on.

The price can only change by a change order you sign, with photos, before the work. No post-tear-off ambush, ever.

02Your Money Stays Yours

$0 at signing. Materials are paid the day they're delivered to your driveway. The balance is due at completion.

The final 10% is released only after an inspection by an independent inspector — chosen by you, from a list of third parties we don't pay retainers to.

03The Real Warranty

A plain-English, transferable, 10-year workmanship warranty — a physical copy in your hand at signing. If it isn't written there, we don't owe it. And everything written there, we do.

Your materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, registered in your name.

04A Named Human

Your project manager's name and cell number are on the contract. You get updates every build day — not a call center, not a voicemail maze.

05The Clean-Sweep Close

Magnetic nail sweeps during and after the build. If a nail of ours flattens your tire, we fix it.

The "We Will Never" list.

Questions we get.

What does a roof cost with a locked price?
Your written quote is a fixed total, stated first. The only variable — rotten decking — is priced per sheet in the contract before you sign, and every replaced sheet is photographed. The Straight Answer gets you that locked written price the same day as your inspection.
When do I actually pay?
$0 at signing. Materials are paid on the day they're delivered to your driveway. The balance is due at completion, and the final 10% releases only after an independent inspector you pick signs off.
What if you find rotten decking after tear-off?
The per-sheet price is already printed in your contract, and every replaced sheet is photographed before shingles go on. Any change beyond the allowance requires a change order you sign — with photos, before the work.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my house?
Yes. The workmanship warranty is written in plain English, transferable, and handed to you at signing. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, registered in your name.
How fast is the build?
Price same day as inspection. Build date known before you sign. The roof itself goes on in 1–2 days, with updates from your named project manager every build day.
